Who we are
OUR STORY
MD Aerospace is part of MD Group of Companies. It was established in the year 2013 to cater to the sheet metal requirement during the early developmental stages of the A350 galley program. MDAero was tasked to fabricate precision sheet metal components that will be integrated into the next generation design of galleys for BE Aerospace in the Philippines.

Prototype Line
Our expertise includes pre-production prototyping. We have dedicated facilities and a team of prototype engineers on standby and ready to assist in the design of new products to analyse and recommend the optimum processes to achieve the best quality and minimise manufacturing costs.
Dedicated Fabrication Line
1.) CNC Hydraulic Pressing/Drawing Line – 400 tons
2.) CNC Stamping Line with automatic coil feed – coming soon
3.) Fully Automated Fabrication Line – from material storage, handling, allocation.
Flexible Fabrication Line
We continually invest on the latest flexible fabrication technologies to make sure your orders are delivered on time. Minimal or no extra waiting time for tool purchases and time consuming machine setup is needed to start your job and finish it at the least possible time.
Quick Turn Fabrication Line
We have a dedicated facility and a team of experts always on standby to respond to time critical requirement. Our dedicated facility can turn around parts as quickly as in a couple of hours to at most 3 days.
